I have been designing wedding gowns more than thirty years.
Many unique experiences give colors to the process. The dreams reflected on the eyes of the brides-to-be. The challenges faced them when trying to translate their wishes in the gowns. The profound emotion reverberating inside when designing a gown. The inspirations that come from a couples character. These are the moments I enjoy the most.
Driven by her passionate love to batik, Tina Andrean established Heritage Culture in 2015. It’s been her longing to be able to introduce and preserve the beauty and uniqueness of Indonesian cultures. Through the touch of modern designs that are simple and yet elegant without losing the distinctive features of the culture itself.
The hallmark of Heritage Culture are pure Batik Tulis cloth which sophisticatedly shaped into exquisite clothes for the merit of the wearer.
Heritage Culture used Batik Tulis from various regions such as Solo, Pekalongan, Cirebon and many more. It has a wide range of variety from scarves that made from graceful Baron Silk, to wide selection of clothing, ranging from cocktails, semi-formal, formal jackets, long dresses, men shirts use finely selected satin silk, baron silk, ATBM silk, and fine cotton.
All guests can preview Heritage Culture’s latest collections at Villa Melati Mas A2 No. 5-7, BSD, Tangerang.
To Fulfill Her Dream
There is a unique story that I wanted to share with you.
Little Tina was a dreamer. Her dreams had made her what she is right now, a ” dream interpreter” for brides-to-be, a wedding dress designer. Since she got caught sketching a wedding gown in her German class at High School, she had decided that being a designer was all she want to do. She finished her study at Kadorie Fashion College, Singapore, in 1980.
